When I try and run a dedicated server using the launch its just black with a white underscore (WITH ITCH.IO).

When I try and run a dedicated server using the website download it launches the game and then freezes, puts me back to desktop and I can see the server. Then I try and connect through LAN and it doesn't recognize my server (WITHOUT ITCH.IO). I setup the server properly and port forward the right ones so I don't understand why its not working.
